Resend a delivery
Queues a new delivery with the original event payload and webhook-id, using the current URL and signing secret. Receivers may deduplicate an event they already processed. Refuses pending deliveries and paused or auto-disabled endpoints. An endpoint may have at most five pending resends. Resend requests share a per-user limit of ten per minute across the web app and REST API.

A client-generated key (1 to 255 visible ASCII characters) that makes this POST safe to retry. A retry with the same key and body replays the original response; the same key with a different body returns 409 idempotency_conflict. Stored for 24 hours.
