Plans and AI uses
What the free and paid plans include, and what counts as one AI use.
WorkRoad has two plans: Free and WorkRoad Plus. You can see your plan and the AI uses you have left in Settings → Account.
Free
The free plan includes:
- tasks, subjects and schedules
- timetable import from a photo
- study sets you make yourself, the six activities, and FSRS spaced review
- 3 AI uses per calendar month, shared across every AI feature
Unused AI uses do not carry over. The count resets on the first day of each month (UTC).
WorkRoad Plus
WorkRoad Plus costs €9.99 a month or €79 a year, VAT included. In the US it costs $9.99 a month or $79 a year, plus sales tax.
It includes everything in Free, plus unlimited AI. Fair use applies: up to 100 recordings per calendar month. After that, new recordings are refused until the next month. Other AI features keep working.
What counts as one AI use
Each of these counts as one AI use:
- one recording, including its translation
- one AI note
- creating or refreshing one AI study set
- processing one image or document
- one Copilot turn
- one tutor turn, or one study-room voice session
- building one test
- one grading run
- one batch of feed cards
- one hint, title, summary, or inline edit in the editor
The timetable photo import never counts.
An AI use is counted when the work starts. If it fails, it is not counted. If you stop it yourself, it still counts.
