Getting started
Sign in, set up your workspace, and learn where to find each part of WorkRoad.
WorkRoad brings your notes, tasks, schedule, study activities, and AI work into one app. Subjects connect that work so you can keep material for each area together.
Sign in and set up
Go to /sign-in and use your email and password or sign in with Google.
On your first run, onboarding introduces subjects, your schedule, tasks, study sets, note recordings, and the command bar. It then asks you to choose a plan.
Find your way around
The app has six main areas:
- Dashboard
- Tasks
- Schedule
- Activities
- Notes
- Copilot
Settings are at /user. You can manage your account, AI credits, API keys, subjects, task preferences, and account deletion there.
Press ⌘K to open the command palette. Use it to jump to a page, run an action, search your own content with semantic and keyword search, or quickly add a task. Press ⌘J to open the copilot from anywhere. It carries the current page into the conversation as context.
Organise by subject
Subjects are the main way to organise WorkRoad. You can file notes, tasks, flashcard sets, schedules, and copilot threads under a subject.
Use the API
WorkRoad has a public REST API v1. Create and manage bearer API keys in Settings → API keys. The OpenAPI description is available at /api/v1/openapi.json.
